Are you from Holton? If not, where are you from? I (Jayme) grew up in the Shawnee Heights district until the end of 9th grade, when my family relocated to Valley Falls. I graduated from Valley Falls High School, then went on to attend Highland Community College and finally Washburn University.
My husband is from Tescott, Kansas, and he graduated from Fort Hays University. After we got married, we lived in Topeka, Kansas, before moving to Holton just before our children Taytum started third grade and Rylie started kindergarten.

What is your family’s favorite activity? Our family’s favorite activities involve just relaxing and spending time with our extended family.

What is your family’s favorite season? Any part of any season when allergens are low and the temperature is less than 100 degrees.

What is your family’s favorite tradition? We attend Christmas Eve service and open one gift from under the tree (normally pajamas).
