We will not be meeting for the rest of November. See the letter below for more information. Please check back here, facebook page and app for updates.
Church Family,
The Elders met last night and made some decisions concerning the timeline for returning to our regular schedule of worship services. We will not meet for in-person worship for the rest of November. With the recent spike in Covid-19 cases we feel that this decision is necessary. As of right now, we plan to resume our normal worship schedule on December 6th. Please know that this date is tentative and is subject to change. Sermons will continue to be made available on the church website, Facebook, and the church app every Sunday morning.
We want you to know that these decisions are not made lightly. The Elder body discussed our responsibilities to both feed and protect the flock. These are hard tasks to accomplish together amidst the current Coronavirus outbreak. Please continue to pray for one another. There are many people in our church family and in the community at large that are dealing firsthand with Covid-19. Please lift our healthcare providers in prayer for endurance and joy. Most of all we want to encourage you to keep your eyes on our King. He is over all of this. May we continue to find peace and comfort as we rest in the finished work of Jesus! As always, if you need anything please contact your Elder, Deacon, or the church office.
In Christ,
FBC Elders
